Who this notice covers
This policy covers Tim Long’s real estate website and its inquiry forms. It explains information handling for this website, rather than the separate terms and disclosures of a brokerage, lender, listing provider, or transaction platform.
Information you provide
Inquiry forms collect your name, email, phone number, real estate interests, and the city, timeline, or questions you choose to share. The first-home planning form also asks about purchase timing. Emails, texts, or calls may contain other information you provide.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full account numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the public forms. This website does not take a mortgage application or perform a credit check.
How inquiries are used and stored
Your form submission is sent to the website’s lead-management service so Tim and his authorized team can review and respond to your request. Website hosting, lead storage, and communication providers process information needed to support those services.
Inquiry details are used to discuss your plans, answer questions, coordinate requested follow-up, maintain business records, and address website security or legal obligations. A form inquiry is not permission for unrelated promotional messages. Contact Tim if you want to stop follow-up or ask how your information has been used.
Browser preferences and technical information
The website uses browser local storage to remember your light or dark appearance preference. You can remove it through your browser settings. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
External services linked from the site may use their own cookies and other technologies. Review their privacy notices before using them.
Sharing and referrals
Inquiry information is available to Tim, his authorized team, and service providers supporting the website and follow-up. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect rights. Any requested introduction to a lender or another professional should be discussed with Tim so you understand what is being shared.
Following a link to a preferred lender, maps, listing information, or another provider takes you to that provider’s service. Their privacy practices apply to information you supply there.
Your choices and retention
You may contact Tim to request access, correction, deletion, or a change to communication preferences. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by business, legal, transaction, or security recordkeeping requirements. Inquiry records are retained as needed for those purposes.
You can choose not to submit a form and contact Tim directly instead. Email or text Tim to ask that further messages stop.
Security, children, and updates
No website or communication method can guarantee complete security. Keep sensitive transaction information in the appropriate secure channels. This site is intended for people seeking real estate services, rather than children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact Tim about its removal.
This policy may change as website features or information practices change. The update date identifies the latest version. See the Terms of Service for website use.
