This website is operated by West Ridge Financial. Inquiries are reviewed by West Ridge Financial, rather than sent to Tim Long. Sending a question does not create an agency relationship or enroll you in a marketing campaign.
Using the website
These Terms of Service govern your use of Tim Long’s website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Separate brokerage, representation, purchase, sale, and transaction agreements govern any professional services you engage.
Information and professional relationships
The website provides general real estate information and a way to contact Tim. Browsing it or submitting an inquiry does not create an agency relationship, representation agreement, mortgage application, pre-approval, or obligation to buy or sell.
Guides are not legal, tax, investment, or lending advice tailored to your circumstances. Confirm relevant details with the appropriate qualified professional before acting. Any lender referral is separate from Tim’s real estate services.
Properties, images, and planning information
Images and property examples may be illustrative and do not establish that a property is listed, available, or offered at a particular price. Market conditions, program eligibility, financing costs, and other information can change. Verify availability and transaction details before making a decision.
Nothing on this website guarantees a purchase, sale price, investment return, loan qualification, interest rate, or outcome.
Inquiry forms and communications
Provide accurate information and only submit contact details you are authorized to use. Sending a form asks Tim and his team to respond about that request. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or automatically create a contract for services.
Response times depend on availability. Use the listed phone number for urgent questions. Do not place sensitive financial or identity information in public inquiry forms. The Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled.
Acceptable use and content
Do not use the site for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, malicious uploads, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Do not submit someone else’s information without permission.
Website text, branding, photography, and design belong to Tim or the applicable owners and licensors. Personal browsing is permitted; copying or commercial reuse requires appropriate permission.
External websites and availability
Third-party websites and providers control their own terms, privacy practices, content, and availability. Linking to a provider does not guarantee its services or outcomes.
The website is provided as available for general information. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains current. These terms do not limit any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Updates
These terms may be revised as the site changes. Updated terms will show a new update date and apply to subsequent website use. Contact Tim with questions before relying on information about a transaction.
